- Powdered Sugar 10 oz
- Quince 5 oz

Step 1
Mix the eggs, vanilla sugar, and powdered sugar until smooth, then add the softened butter, quince, grated lemon zest, and flour mixed with baking powder.
Step 2
Roll the dough into finger-thick sticks, about 6-8 cm long.
Step 3
Grease a baking sheet with butter, sprinkle with flour, and place the sticks on it, making a slight cut along each with a knife. Insert a long slice of quince into the cut and bake at 300°F.
