Quick Vanilla Panna Cotta
Ingredients
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Gelatin 2 pieces
- White Beans 1 piece
- Fresh Berries 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak 1.5 sheets of gelatin in cold water.
Step 2
Heat the milk and cream with the vanilla bean to 175°F, add sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Strain.
Step 3
Add the squeezed gelatin. Mix well and pour into molds.
Step 4
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Step 5
Serve with fresh berries.
