Quick Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 2

Mix the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.

Step 3

Add the eggs to the mixture and optionally add the zest and juice of an orange or lemon.

Step 4

Then add the flour and baking powder.

Step 5

Bake for 20 minutes, remove from the oven and carefully insert a toothpick into one of the cupcakes, then remove it. If there is batter on the toothpick, return the cupcakes to the oven; if not, the cupcakes are ready!
