
Quick Thin Pancakes

Description
The finished pancakes can be filled with ham and cheese or smoked salmon.
Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs. Add sugar and salt, and mix.
Step 2
Add warm milk (to reduce lumps), and mix.
Step 3
Add baking soda and flour, and mix well to avoid lumps. Add vegetable oil.
Step 4
Heat a skillet greased with vegetable or butter.
Step 5
Fry each pancake on one side until golden brown. Flip to the other side and fry a little more. Brush the finished pancake with butter.
