Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a glass of warm milk, add softened butter and mix.
Step 2
To this mixture, add yeast, salt, sugar, and sunflower oil, and mix.
Step 3
Then add flour and knead the dough.
Step 4
You can add more flour if the dough sticks to your hands, but do not make it too stiff — the dough should be soft.
Step 5
Place the dough in a container and cover with a lid, then put it in a warm place.
Step 6
After 15–20 minutes, the dough will rise completely, and you can bake any pastries.
