- Strawberry 20 oz
- Sugar 2 cups
- Water ¾ cup
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Pectin 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mash the berries with a masher and add sugar and lemon juice. Mix and let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine water and pectin, bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Then gradually stir in the strawberries, breaking up any lumps, and cook for 3 minutes. Let cool.
