- Vegetable Oil ½ cup
- Water ⅓ cup
- Sugar 1½ cups
- Wheat Flour 1¾ cups

- Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Ground Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
- Ground clove ¼ teaspoon
- Grated Ginger Root ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
The quantity of ingredients is for 1 loaf pan measuring 25x11 cm. It yields about 12 slices.

Preheat the oven to 345°F. Grease the baking pan with oil and lightly dust with flour or line with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water, and sugar until smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. Gradually add to the wet mixture and mix well until combined.
