  • Ground Nutmeg to taste
  • Ground Cinnamon to taste
  • Ocean salt a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grate the carrot on a fine grater or chop it in a blender. (Optionally, you can sauté it slightly in clarified butter or prepare a raw version.)

Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add the beaten eggs, oil (if almond oil is not available, you can use corn or olive oil), and grated carrot. Stir everything thoroughly until you achieve a smooth mixture. Add spices to taste.
