Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Water 3 tablespoons

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour and a pinch of salt.

Then add the cold butter cut into small pieces and knead with your hands until the mixture resembles crumbs.
Step 3
Add the yolk and 2 tablespoons of ice water.
Step 4
Mix and add more water if necessary (the dough should become smooth).
Step 5
Form the dough into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
Step 6
Place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Bake the pastry at 355°F, using it to make berry pies and tartlets.
