Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz

Quickly mix the flour and butter until crumbly.
Step 2
Add the two egg yolks and powdered sugar to this mixture, and mix until homogeneous (you can substitute powdered sugar with granulated sugar, but it may not dissolve during baking and could be crunchy).
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm, cut out circles, stars, hearts, etc. You can decorate the cookies with almonds or other nuts.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden. The finished cookies are delicious drizzled with melted milk chocolate.
