Ingredients

- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz

Beat the eggs and sugar together.
Step 2
Add softened butter to the egg and sugar mixture and mix well.
Step 3
Dissolve the baking soda.
Step 4
Fold in the sifted flour.
Step 5
Place the resulting dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5–7 mm.
Step 7
Bake for 12–15 minutes at 355°F.
