Quick Samsa
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet and onion into cubes, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Sift the flour into a bowl.
Step 3
Add salt and water.
Step 4
Knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll them out. Brush each layer with melted butter, stack them on top of each other, and roll into a log.
Step 6
Cut the log into equal circles. Roll out, add filling, and pinch the edges to form a triangle.
Step 7
Brush each triangle with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 8
Bake in the oven at 390°F.
