Quick roll with condensed milk and delicate cream
Ingredients
- Condensed Milk 1 can
- Margarine 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Salt a pinch
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee ½ can
- Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Melt the margarine. The butter for the cream should not be melted, but it should be soft and at room temperature.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients together.
Step 4
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, pour the batter evenly onto it, and bake until golden brown.
Step 5
While the sponge is baking, whip the boiled condensed milk with the room temperature butter.
Step 6
Remove the sponge from the oven, cover it with a clean damp towel for about 5 minutes (to cool the sponge and make it easy to remove from the paper).
Step 7
Flip the sponge onto a new clean sheet of parchment paper.
Step 8
Generously spread the cream on top.
Step 9
Holding one side with the paper, roll the sponge into a roll. Pinch the paper at the edges and leave it in the refrigerator overnight (or for a couple of hours in the freezer).
Step 10
Remove from the paper. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar or grated chocolate.
