Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar and flour.
Step 2
Grease a baking sheet with butter, spread the batter evenly, and bake for 5–10 minutes until golden.
Step 3
Remove the cake and spread with filling (any filling works, but something with a bit of tartness is tastier). Immediately roll it up. Let it cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
