Quick Raisin Muffins
Ingredients
- Margarine 10 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 5 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Raisins 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the margarine with sugar, add the eggs one at a time, and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Then, gradually pour in the milk. Mix well.
Step 3
Add the raisins, previously washed and soaked.
Step 4
Mix the baking powder with the flour and add it last. Mix until the batter is not thick.
Step 5
Distribute the finished batter into molds, filling them 1/3 full.
Step 6
Bake at 355°F for 20–25 minutes.
