Quick pie with frozen berries (cherries)
Ingredients
- Sugar to taste
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Kefir 1 glass
- Margarine 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Vanillin to taste
- Salt ½ spoons
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs and kefir, then mix in the flour, vanilla, and baking powder.
Step 2
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish (I used a rectangular one measuring 20x30 cm), top with berries (you can use them frozen), and sprinkle sugar on top.
Step 3
Bake for 30 minutes at 390°F.
Step 4
Allow to cool in the pan; you can decorate with whipped cream, which will melt and give the pie a creamy texture and beautiful color.
