Description
Serve hot with ice cream, or you can leave it and eat it cold.
Ingredients
- Cocoa Powder 10 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Peanut Sprouts to taste
- Salt a pinch
- Citric Acid to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix cocoa and oil, stirring well until a homogeneous mass is formed, then add a little citric acid and cinnamon.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and sugar.
Step 3
Pour the egg and sugar mixture into the bowl with cocoa and mix well.
Step 4
Add the flour and peanuts.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 320°F.
Step 6
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
Step 7
You can top it with peanuts and dried fruits.
