Description
Cook on a skillet that has been greased with butter; no additional greasing is needed. The pancakes turn out slightly sweet, elastic, and thin.

- Milk 15 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Butter 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs, adding salt and sugar.
Step 2
Pour in a glass of milk and mix well.
Step 3
Gradually add the flour while stirring.
Step 4
Melt the butter. Add it to the batter along with a tablespoon of vegetable oil and let it sit for half an hour, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Pour in another glass of milk and mix. The batter is ready for cooking. You can adjust the amount of milk slightly for the optimal thickness of the batter.
