  • Wheat Flour 20 oz
  • Water 3 glasses
  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Salt ½ spoons
  • Citric Acid ½ spoons
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the eggs with 3 cups of warm water, then add salt, sugar, and baking soda. Gradually stir in the flour using a whisk or a mixing spoon until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. Dissolve citric acid or cream of tartar in a cup of water, pour it into the prepared batter, mix well, and immediately start cooking the pancakes.

Step 2

If you don't have any acid, you can make the pancake batter this way: mix flour, eggs, sugar, and salt with sour milk, then dissolve baking soda in a glass of water, add it to the batter before frying the pancakes, and stir well.
