Quick Nachos
Ingredients
- Salsa Verde Sauce 10 oz
- Scallions to taste
- Cheese Spread 1 piece
- Corn Nacho Chips 5 oz
- Chili Flakes to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the chips on a baking sheet, pour salsa over them, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Step 2
Grate cheese on top (preferably fontina, but cheddar can also be used). Sprinkle with chili flakes.
Step 3
Put under a hot grill for 3 minutes to melt the cheese.
Step 4
Serve with sour cream or guacamole (optional).
