Ingredients
- Potato 3 pieces
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Olive Oil 4 spoons
- Green peppercorns to taste
- Bay leaf to taste
- Fresh Mushrooms 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Before cooking, peel the vegetables.
Step 2
Place a pot of water on the stove. You should use about 3 to 4 liters of water to maintain the proportions.
Step 3
Sauté the onion in olive oil until it becomes slightly translucent, then add the mushrooms. Depending on the type of mushrooms, sauté or stew them until fully cooked, about 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add the diced potatoes and carrots to the boiling water and cook until fully tender.
Step 5
Add the sautéed mushrooms with onions to the vegetables, along with the peppercorns and bay leaf. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, no longer.
