Ingredients
- Waffle 2 pieces
- Marshmallow 15 oz
- Condensed Milk 1 can
- Butter 5 oz
- Cognac 2 tablespoons
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the softened butter with the condensed milk until smooth, then add the cognac and the lemon passed through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Spread the prepared cream on the waffle layer; tightly arrange the marshmallows, cut in half, on top with the flat side down. Cover the marshmallows with cream; then, with the rounded side down, fill the gaps between the previous marshmallows with the next layer of marshmallows. Also spread cream on this layer and cover with the remaining waffle layer.
