Quick Light Sponge Cake
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz

Step 1
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the yolks with half of the sugar.
Step 2
Whisk the egg whites with a mixer until they form a white foam, then add sugar and continue whisking until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Add one third of the egg whites to the yolks, then add the flour and mix. Fold in the remaining egg whites. You can also add cocoa powder, cinnamon, or nuts.
Step 4
Bake for 30–35 minutes at 180–390°F, without opening the oven.
