Quick Lemon Jelly
Ingredients
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 25 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour 750 ml of water into a saucepan, add sugar, stir, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the zest from half a lemon, previously soaked and squeezed, and the gelatin to the hot syrup. While constantly stirring with a spoon, bring the syrup back to a boil and add the lemon juice.
Step 3
Strain the hot syrup through a cloth, let it cool slightly, and pour it into molds or small bowls.
