Quick Lemon Cake
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Milk 3 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 6 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Lime Syrup to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour (1 cup + 1 tablespoon) with the butter until crumbly.
Step 2
Add the baking soda, eggs, and milk with sugar. Knead well. The batter should be liquid.
Step 3
Add lemon syrup (maple syrup or any other can be used).
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F until a toothpick comes out clean. It took about 45 minutes for me.
