Quick khachapuri with kefir
Ingredients
- 1% Kefir 1 glass
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Salt ½ spoons
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 10 oz
- Baking Powder ½ spoons
- Wheat Flour 1 glass
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk together the kefir, eggs, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
Step 2
Gradually add the flour while constantly stirring.
Step 3
Thoroughly mix the entire mixture with a whisk; you can also blend it lightly with an immersion blender.
Step 4
Take a baking dish, line it with parchment paper, and grease it with vegetable oil.
Step 5
Pour the batter and generously sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 200–430°F until cooked through, approximately 30 minutes.
