Quick Juicy Cherry Muffins
Ingredients
- Egg 2 pieces
- All-purpose flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla Sugar 0 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Cherry to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer until lightened.
Step 2
Add softened butter and beat again.
Step 3
Add sour cream and mix well.
Step 4
Sift the flour and add the baking powder. Stir with a spoon until smooth.
Step 5
Neutralize the baking soda with vinegar and mix again. The batter should be like thick sour cream.
Step 6
Grease the muffin tins with vegetable oil, place a little batter at the bottom, add a cherry (I used canned ones), and top with more batter. The total volume of the batter should not exceed 0.5 of the muffin tin's volume.
Step 7
Bake for about 20 minutes at 390°F.
