Quick Jam Pie
Ingredients
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Nuts 1 cup
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 5 fl oz
- Large eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 1 cup
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Pear Jam 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients, previously extinguishing the baking soda with vinegar. Knead the dough like for thick pancakes.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, you can use greased parchment paper. Pour the dough into the container and smooth the surface with a knife.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at 170–375°F for 30–50 minutes, checking for readiness with a toothpick. Do not open the oven for the first 15–20 minutes.
Step 4
After baking, let it cool slightly, cut into squares, and place on a plate.
Step 5
If desired, it can be used as a base for a cake, dividing it into 2 layers either horizontally or vertically. Spread with any cream (especially good is a cream made from 200 grams of butter, 0.5 liters of sour cream, and 3/4 cup of sugar — all at room temperature), and decorate with fruits, chocolate, or chocolate glaze.
