Ingredients
- Chocolate Biscuit Base 20 pieces
- Vanilla Ice Cream 5 lbs
- Coffee Liqueur 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Let the ice cream soften slightly in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the ice cream with the coffee extract or use ready-made coffee ice cream.
Step 3
Place the cookies at the bottom of the pan, preferably crosswise for easier cutting later, then add the ice cream and smooth it out. Top with the remaining cookies, cover everything with plastic wrap, and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
Step 4
Cut into pieces and serve.
