Ingredients
- Shortcrust Cake Mix 10 oz
- Demerara Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roll out the pastry to a thickness of 3 mm and cut it into the shape of the pan.
Step 2
On one half of the pastry, place the berries and sprinkle with sugar. Moisten the edges of the pastry with water and fold the empty half over the berries. Pinch the edges tightly.
Step 3
Heat half of the butter in a pan over medium heat and place the pie in it. Fry for about 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Add the remaining butter, flip the pie, and fry for another 5 minutes. Serve warm or hot, garnished with cream.
