Ingredients
- Poultry 15 oz
- Potato 6 pieces
- White Cabbage 10 oz
- Tomatoes 6 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 2 pieces
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take the meat, place it in a medium pot, cover it with water, and set it over medium heat.
Step 2
Bring to a boil, strain the broth if necessary.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and add them to the pot.
Step 4
Finely shred the cabbage, grate the carrot using a fine grater, and chop the onion.
Step 5
As soon as the potatoes are parboiled, add the cabbage.
Step 6
Prepare the sauté: In a frying pan, heat sunflower oil and fry the onions until golden brown, then add the carrots (you can do this simultaneously). Once the sauté turns golden, add everything to the pot.
Step 7
Dice the tomatoes and sauté them for 4-5 minutes in the same skillet. Add them to the pot.
Step 8
Cook for another 10 minutes, adding spices, salt, and optionally a bay leaf.
Step 9
Finely chop the garlic, add it to the pot, stir, and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes.
