
Quick Cottage Cheese Casserole with Creamy Crumble

Description
I use a pan with a diameter of 8 inches; this way, the casserole has a texture closer to a souffle, which is my favorite version. You can use a larger diameter, and the casserole will be drier, but it will still be soft, depending on your preference.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar ½ glasses
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl, add the eggs, sprinkle in the sugar, and mix well.
Step 2
In a large bowl or on a countertop, place the butter, sprinkle it with flour, and cut it with a knife until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Step 3
Pour 60-70% of the crumbs into the bottom of the dish and pour the cottage cheese mixture over it, then spread the remaining crumbs on top.
Step 4
Place in an oven preheated to 355°F and bake for about 40 minutes, until the casserole is lightly browned.
