Description
If you don't have baking powder, you can add a heaping teaspoon of baking soda that has been quenched.
Ingredients
- Kefir ½ glasses
- Instant coffee 3 spoons
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 1 glass
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 glass
- Baking Powder 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add the coffee, eggs, and sugar to the kefir. Mix everything together.
Step 2
Add the softened butter, flour, and baking powder to the mixture.
Step 3
Stir well, pour into a baking dish, and place in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of about 390°F.
Step 4
Decorate the finished pastry with cream and fruits.
