
Quick Chocolate Cake with Sour Cream Frosting

Ingredients
- Sugar 1.67 cups
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Kefir 1 cup
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk together the kefir and 1 cup of sugar well.
Step 2
Add the sifted flour, baking soda, and cocoa. Whisk again thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a mold and bake for 30 minutes at 390°F.
Step 4
Cool the baked layer and cut it in half.
Step 5
Whisk the sour cream and 2/3 cup of sugar well. Spread it between the layers.
Step 6
Decorate the cake with grated chocolate.
Step 7
It's best to refrigerate the cake for 2 hours so it soaks well and becomes tender.
