Quick Cheese Soup with Croutons and Olives
Ingredients
- Water 0 qt
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Rice ½ cup
- Olives stuffed with lemon to taste
- Bacon to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil and add the chopped cheese. Stir until the cubes dissolve and add the rinsed rice.
Step 2
Chop the tomato and pepper, sauté them in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 3
When the rice is almost cooked, add the vegetables to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and finish cooking the rice.
Step 4
Pour the soup into bowls, top with some croutons and sliced olives. If you can't live without meat, fry a slice of good Italian bacon in a dry pan and garnish your bowl with it.
