Description

Ingredients
- Sugar ½ glasses
- Sliced Processed Cheese 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 2 glasses
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Freeze the cheese curds and then grate them.
Step 2
Add the egg, sugar, and baking soda that has been dissolved in vinegar.
Step 3
Add one cup of flour all at once, and the second cup gradually while mixing.
Step 4
Knead the dough, roll it out to a thickness of 5–7 mm, cut out circles, and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake in the oven until golden brown at a temperature of 180–390°F.
