Quick Cake with Creamy Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Milk 6 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
- Butter 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat 3 eggs with 1 cup of sugar.
Step 2
Add 200 grams of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon (level) of baking soda, and 1 cup of flour.
Step 3
Knead the dough and divide it into 2–3 parts.
Step 4
Bake in a greased pan in a preheated oven at 355°F. The layers bake quickly.
Step 5
For the frosting, mix 6 tablespoons of milk, 8 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder. Boil the mixture over very low heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring.
Step 6
Cool the resulting glaze and mix it with 250 grams of butter.
Step 7
Spread the frosting on the layers.
