  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • White Cabbage 10 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Kefir 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ g
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Shred the cabbage and set it to fry. Boil two eggs. Mix the cooked cabbage and eggs.

Step 2

Melt the butter, add the cup of kefir, sugar, egg, salt, baking soda, and flour. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3

The dough will be runny. Divide it into 2 parts. Pour one part of the dough into the bottom of the baking dish, layer with filling, and cover with the remaining dough.

Step 4

Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 390°F. Baking time depends on the height of the pie dish! I have a very wide dish with low edges. The pie baked for 25 minutes!
