  • Self-rising flour 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Marinated cherries 10 oz
  • Basil 1 bunch
  • Emmental cheese 5 oz
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Feta cheese 5 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a loaf pan (900 grams) with oil and line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a bowl, sift the flour, add a little salt and pepper. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk and olive oil, then combine with the flour. Add half of the cherry tomatoes, halved, grated Emmental, diced feta, and finely chopped basil.

Step 3

Pour the batter into the pan, smooth it out, and place the remaining half of the cherry tomatoes cut side up on top, gently pressing them into the batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes until cooked through and golden brown. Leave in the pan for 5-10 minutes and transfer to a board. Slice and serve warm.
