
Quick Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients
- Fresh Berries 2½ cups
- Sugar 0.3 cups
- Orange juice concentrate ½ cup
- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, and half of the orange juice. Heat over medium heat, stirring.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the remaining orange juice and cornstarch.
Step 3
Increase the heat under the saucepan and, stirring, add the juice with cornstarch. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Step 4
Remove from heat and add the lemon juice. Cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.
