Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Sugar 0 oz
  • Salt a pinch
  • Jam 6 tablespoons
  • Powdered Sugar to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder, add sugar and salt. Stir well. Now add the eggs to the dry mixture and beat until smooth.

Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and greased with oil, spreading it evenly across the surface.

Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 355°F for 6 minutes!

Step 4

Meanwhile, place a metal saucepan with jam over heat and warm it slightly. Remove the jam from heat and take the cake out of the oven. Remove the cake from the parchment and spread warm jam over it. The warm jam is very pliable and spreads easily over the entire surface of the cake. Roll the cake into a roll and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
