Quick Biscuit Cake with Sour Cream Frosting
Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Condensed Milk ½ can
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sour Cream 0 lbs
- Activated Baking Soda 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with 100 g of sugar, add the condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, baking soda, and flour.
Step 2
Make the batter like for a sponge cake. Bake in the oven at 390°F until done.
Step 3
Make the frosting. Whip the remaining sour cream with 100 g of sugar.
Step 4
Let the sponge cake cool. Cut into pieces of 2x2 cm.
Step 5
Dip each piece in the frosting and assemble the cake.
