Quick Biscuit Cake
Ingredients
- Margarine 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the margarine (preferably on a coarse grater), add the sugar, and mash with a spoon.
Step 2
Break the eggs, pour in the milk, add the baking soda with vinegar, mix together with the margarine, and add the flour, stirring until smooth.
Step 3
Pour into a mold or skillet and place in the oven at a temperature of about 200–480°F for 30–40 minutes until golden brown.
Step 4
Check if the cake is ready by piercing it with a toothpick from the top.
