
Quick Bean Hummus with Raw Vegetables

Description
It can be served with pieces of lavash baked in the oven with cumin and caraway or other herbs. Friends, even if you are not fasting, make this hummus: spring is coming, make way for spring!!! This dip is wonderful with fresh vegetables!
Ingredients
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Canned Baby Beets 2 cans
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Vegetables to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the garlic and cilantro. Drain the liquid from the beans, mix it with the garlic and cilantro, lemon juice, oil, salt, and paprika.
Step 2
Using an immersion blender, blend everything into a coarse puree.
Step 3
For serving: radishes, carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery stalks. Cut the vegetables for serving into pieces.
