- Bananas 2 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt ½ spoons
- Sugar 5 oz
- Baking Powder 2 spoons
- Wheat Flour 10 oz

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F (or 320°F if using convection).
Step 2
Mash the flesh of the bananas with a fork until smooth. Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the eggs and bananas, and mix well. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt, and knead the dough.
