Quick Banana Milk Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Brown Sugar ½ cup
- Corn Starch 2 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- 1% Kefir 2 cups
- Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
- Bananas 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Pour in the milk and stir. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the peeled and chopped bananas (about 2 cups) and half of the milk mixture. Blend until smooth, then combine with the remaining mixture.
Step 3
Pour the banana mixture into molds, insert sticks, and freeze.
