Description
Perfect for a children's breakfast. If you want to reduce the calorie count, you can use sweetened yogurt instead of ice cream, and replace the nuts with granola.
Ingredients
- Bananas 4 pieces
- Vanilla Ice Cream 4 spoons
- Chocolate Sauce 4 spoons
- Ground Almonds 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the bananas and slice them lengthwise into two halves. Place them on suitable plates with the cut sides down, overlapping, with two halves per serving.
Step 2
For each serving, place a scoop of ice cream on top, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and sprinkle with almonds (it's best to toast the almonds in a pan beforehand until they release a pleasant aroma).
