Description
The sauce is not very sweet, so it can be served with roasted poultry or with sweet pies.
Ingredients
- Clear Apple Juice 15 oz
- Green Apples 15 oz
- Pickled Apples 15 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel all the apples and remove the cores. Cut them into very thin slices. Place them in a microwave-safe bowl and pour in the water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 10 minutes. Stir the apples and, without covering, microwave for another 5 minutes until the apples are very soft.
Step 2
Mash the apples with a large fork and add the sugar. Let cool.
