- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 1 can
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Apple 5 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and dice the apples. Beat the eggs with sugar, add sour cream, baking soda neutralized with vinegar, cinnamon or honey (to taste). Gradually add the flour and mix well. Add the apples and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Bake at 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
