Quick Apple Charlotte
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Apple 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat 4 chicken eggs with sugar using a mixer, then add the flour and mix again.
Step 2
Chop the apples into small pieces (cubes or slices) and mix them with the prepared batter.
Step 3
Grease the charlotte mold with butter and sprinkle it with semolina to prevent the charlotte from sticking to the mold.
Step 4
Pour the batter, thoroughly mixed with chopped apples, into the baking dish and place it in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 5
Bake until a golden crust forms, about 30–45 minutes, depending on the power of your oven. To check for doneness, pierce with a cooking needle or toothpick (the dough should not stick to the needle or toothpick).
